「海洋能數位學習教材」評鑑分析研究

Evaluating the Digital Material for Learning Ocean Energy

摘要


本研究目的為將「能源科技發展與新興傳播科技融入高中生活科技課程發展、評鑑與推廣研究」國科會高瞻計畫研發的教材數位化,再針對數位學習教材內容做評鑑分析。採用雛型法快速規劃、分析、開發及評估修正之步驟將枋寮高中高瞻計畫團隊編輯「新興科技學習-綠色能源篇」之海洋能章簡內容開發成數位學習教材,讓學習者在一定時間內學會下列三點基本技能與知識:1.了解海洋能背景。2.了解海洋能近期發展狀況。3.了解海洋能原理、應用及影響。線上教材開發完成後,上傳MOODLE平台實作驗證符合SCORM移裝使用之功能,再找二位專家分別依據數位學習品質服務中心數位教材認證自評表(教材內容、導引與追蹤、教學設計、教學媒體、創意)及教育部遠距教學交流暨認證網數位學習教材認證自評表(教材內容與架構、教材設計、輔助設計、媒體與介面設計)進行評鑑。採用二種不同的數位學習教材評鑑表皆達到最高等級的結果,二位教材評分委員的評鑑結果一致性達也皆達.85以上,因此本研究開發之海洋能數位學習教材確能積極支援新興科技知能教育活動之推動。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of digital learning material created based on the research project of High-Scope Emerging Technology. The whole project would lead high-school teachers to edit courseware, evaluate the courseware and promote the courseware. The content of this digital teaching material would be evaluated according to both national wide standards. One standard is created by Ministry of Education, MOE, and the other one is created by the center of digital learning quality certification service. There are four dimensions in the MOE standard, such as content & structure, instructional design, navigation, and media & interface. There are five dimensions in the certification service standard, such as content, navigation & tracking, instructional design, instructional media, and creations. The evaluation results of both standard were both reached the highest level. The reliability of the evaluation were at 0.85. Based upon the result, it is suggested that the digital learning material would be actively supporting learning emerging technology.
