資訊科技災難主客觀評估模型之建構

Measurement of Information Disaster through Technological Method Model

摘要


在資訊科技日新月異的時代,因為資訊系統故障或失效,所產生的危害與損失,往大過於我們的想像。因而,資訊科技災難發生率的評估,就在防患未然的思維下顯得格外重要。本研究試圖透過科技程序模式發展一個可靠的評估系統。人們可以透過此一模式,辨識、定位和解決在資訊分配和操作程序上的問題。基於此一理論,我們發現評估資訊災難的主要變數,並嘗試建立評估測量的方法。在客觀上,我們將資訊災難的發生率限制在0到1之間,並利用多準則決策方法導入主觀評估。研究結果顯示,此一模式確實能正確反應出科技災難的發生率並提供資訊科技使用者與管理者掌握解決其困境的方向。

This paper presented a measurement of information disaster based on technological method model. People could recognition, address and solve problems using resources and technological processes through the application of the technological method model. Based on this model, the risk management model of information disaster was identified by finding effective variables and developing the measurement process to evaluate the probability of information disaster. Normalization processes based on min-max were also applied to variables of technological method model. The probability of information disaster is limited in 0 to 1. When one of the variables was below 5, the probability of information disaster was upon .5. It is an effective model could provide reliable probability for a information disaster and enough message for preventing the disaster.
