The dual instruction reforms, the 1(superscript st)-9(superscript th) Grades curriculum Alignment and the adoption of internet technology, has made the teachers in junior highs school and elementary school face a whole new challenge in teaching. The instruction reforms have already been shaped, and yet those teachers have not got the complete instructional models that can guide them how to unite those two reforms. Therefore, it is so important for teachers to know ”how” they can combine the program and internet technology together. A this point, the every efforts in our research is to develop a instruction model integrated with internet technology for teachers to educate students that they should possess the basic abilities of expression, communication and sharing; moreover to allow teachers to imply our model in teaching for the achievement of 1(superscript st)-9(superscript th) Grades curriculum Alignment.
