技職體系課程技專校院教師研習需求-學校本位課程規劃與專業核心科目

摘要


本研究旨在了解技職體系課程技專校院教師研習需求,採文獻分析、專家會議、及問卷調查等方式進行。以全國技專校院教師為研究對象,自編「技專校院實施一貫課程教師專業核心科目研習需求」(系科主任卷)及「技專校院實施一貫課程教師應具之背景知識及研習需求」(教師卷)為主要研究工具,且經專家會議及統計考驗、其信效度均十分良好。 問卷施測共獲有效樣本主任卷738份,教師卷1,311份,回收率均在七成以上。問巷資料經採次數分配、平均數、單因子變異數分析、及t考驗等統計方式分析後獲得結論,並提出相關建議,供主管教育行政機關、技專校院、各課程中心、及技專教師參考。

This study aimed to understand the need of systematic curriculum for teacher's workshop in institutes and technological universities. The literature review, experts discussing, and questionnaire were used as research methods. The study object was teachers who taught in technological institutes and universities. The two kinds of research tools were conducted by this study through the expert discussing, and statistics analysis. Both tools had high reliability and validity. This study obtained 738 responses from directors of departments and 1,311 responses from teachers. Both return rates were more than 70%. The research data was analyzed by frequency, means, one-way ANOVA, and t-test. According to the conclusions, some suggestions were recommended to the ministry of education, technological institutes and universities, curriculum development centers, and teachers.
