高雄市國民小學行動家庭聯絡簿科技接受模式的分析研究

The Research and Experiment on the Technology Acceptance Model of the Homebook in the Kaohsiung Elementary School

摘要


科技發展的歷程中,科技的使用是重要的因素。而科技接受的探討更是科技使用的主要關鍵。本研究旨在探討國民小學行動家庭聯絡簿的科技接受模式分析(Technology Acceptance Model; TAM),研究結果期望有助於科技發展模式的建構。 本研究主要以新亞洲數碼股份有限公司贊助高雄市國小各校各項軟硬體設備及技術支援,進行以PHS(Personal Handy-phone System)上網手機爲基礎之電腦輔助溝通環境(computer-mediated communication, CMC)來進行互動的行動聯絡簿實驗計畫爲主。整個實驗過程共九個月。研究個案爲高雄市永清國民小學的實驗班級。研究採取質性研究,透過文獻分析與訪談接受實驗教師和家長來瞭解家庭聯絡簿發展的接受歷程。 研究結果發現,透過行動聯絡簿的系統,其有用性與易用性均獲得教師與家長的認同。但家長的教育程度、經濟因素、及系統的通訊品質影響對系統的接受程度。如與既有的紙本聯絡簿的技術比較,新技術的相對經濟利益較大,同時也具有社會價值與聲望,與既得利益的相容程度及新技術的優勢均容易觀察與覺知。

During the process of technology development, the application of the technology is an important facilitator. The discussion on the technology acceptance also influences the use of technology. This research is aimed at discussing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) employed in the elementary school mobile homebook. The result is expected to boost the construction of the TAM. This research is mainly experimented on the interactive mobile homebook, which is sponsored by the Neo Digital Corporation. They use the PHS (Personal Handy-phone System) to create the computer-mediated communication (CMC). The whole experiment takes 9 months. The objects are the classes in the Yung-Ching elementary school in Kaohsiung. The whole research takes on the qualitative investigation. Through the interview and the analysis, we can understand the development of the Homebooks between the teacher and the parents. Our result is that via the system of Homebook, of which the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use is recognized. But parents' education, economic factors and the communication quality of the system influence the acceptance. However, compared with the traditional Homebook, the new skill has bigger economic benefits, and a social reputation. It's easier to see and recognize the accommodation and the fringe of the new skill.
