隨著科技工具發展的日新月異,應用科技工具融入教學的方法,亦產生了鉅大的變化。教育部2008年公佈的「資訊教育白皮書」,也明白揭示國民中小學「資訊基礎建設」的構面,當中詳述了各種方案與策略,提供地方政府規畫參考。然而,卻未針對資訊環境設備進行規範,這和2001年「資訊教育總藍圖」的做法大異其趣,值得我們加以探討。 在科技發展的歷程中,「適當科技」、「科技選用」議題一直受到大家的重視與討論。我們希望藉由文獻的分析與探討,重新思考國民中小學在使用教育科技,協助教師教學發展時,所應關注的核心問題。 作者以高雄縣2007年「e化學習環境示範點建置學校」為例,進行資料分析、討論,將顯示的結果與相關理論做比較分析,歸納出一些方向與做法,期盼提供給地方縣市政府、國民中小學規畫推動者,一個參考方向。
