摘要

本研究主要期望透過建置雲端平台，導入產品圖面管理系統，同時與資訊安全機制有完整防護整合，讓使用者能透過雲端平台執行圖面版次控管、產品協同開發、檔案加解密技術傳輸及整合圖面與文件編輯軟體，使用者可隨時隨地透過網際網路執行相關工作。過去因為遠端服務在資料傳輸速度上較慢、檔案未壓縮、或即使壓縮後，卻造成圖檔失真，再者就是資料圖面透過網路芳鄰，很容易就造成設計圖流失。隨著資訊科技的發展，相關應用技術也不斷推陳出新，因而促使透過建置雲端平台，提供內部使用者、外部使用者透過網頁即可瀏覽相關圖面資料，且不需特別安裝任何軟體在終端機上。同時運用.NET工具設計管理平台及XML格式達到產品圖面文件資料交換，建置研發雲端管理平台，透過產品圖面管理系統控管圖面的版次記錄、以非檔案架構模式控管圖面、個別企業依允許自行定義簽核程序，透過資訊系統完整納管圖面，使內部使用者能快速找到圖面，對外部管理者則提供完整認證程序後，方可登入查詢圖面，同時也管控圖面不外流，真正做到雲端管理平台，提供供應商或客戶協同參與研發過程。

Building R & D cloud management platform, through the product drawing management system controls the version recorded by surface, Non-file structure mode control surface, the definition of individual enterprises by allowing themselves to sign the nuclear program, a complete sewer system through the information surface. So that users can quickly find the internal surface of external administrators are to provide a complete certification program, the before query log surface, but also control surface does not drain, truly cloud management platform, supplier or customer collaboration involved in R & D process.
