The concise definition of the academic research productivity is to input finite human resources and financial resources of R&D and output the maximus beneficial results. This paper first focused on the topic to collect, arrange and analyze some references, find the evaluation methods and the promotion factors of productivity. Second, the researcher made a systematic study from personal level in an organization for improving personal research productivity and building a firm basis on personal research career and organizational R&D. Third, this paper simply compared the recent productivity of the two companies as Foxconn with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSMC) and explained the leadership styles of leaders would influence the business performance. Finally, this researcher also expects that people of the same purpose can together promote R&D productivity. Thus we can offer more contribution and service to our society, our country, and all human beings.
