The purpose of this study was to construct and examine the structural equation model between the variables of leisure participation, leisure satisfaction and subjective well being. There were total 306 undergraduate students from six public or private universities or colleges as participants. Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) was employed to examine the hypothesized model. The hypothesized model was rejected and replaced by an alternative model with good fitness. The goodness of fit statistics for this alternative model were χ^2 (83)=224.81, p<.05, RMSEA=0.07, GFI=0.91, AGFI=0.90, CFI=0.95, Standardized RMR=0.06. In addition, according to this model, leisure participation had medium to high positive effect on leisure satisfaction (standardized solution=0.45); leisure participation had low to medium positive effect on subjective well being (standardized solution=0.23); leisure satisfaction had medium to high positive effect on subjective well being (standardized solution=0.43). Also, the researchers made some suggestions for the future leisure education for college students and following research in the hope to make this study more contributive.
