台灣中部地區運動休閒產業員工職場工作情境與工作倦怠之研究

A Study on the Employee's Work Situation and Work Tiredness for Sports and Recreational Business in the Middle of Taiwan

摘要


本研究主要的目爲探討運動休閒產業員工職場工作情境及工作倦怠的情況,以中部地區總共250位運動休閒產業員工爲研究對象,便利抽樣法進行資料之收集,運用因素分析、相關分析與單因子變異數分析檢定不同工作情境以及工作倦怠上的差異情形。研究結果指出皮爾森相關分析顯示「工作怠惰」、「生涯發展」與「工作情境」的相關分析都達到顯著水準,尤其以「工作怠惰」「工作情境」的關係最高。教育程度的不同在「生涯發展」因素以及個人月收入的不同在「工作怠惰」的單因子變異數分析均達到顯著水準,高中職以下比大專院校更同意在「生涯發展」的分析,個人月收入在30000元以下的員工比30001元-50000元的員工更同意在「工作怠惰」的分析,均達到顯著差異。如果這些運動休閒相關產業員工在職場上面遇到一些職業怠惰的情況,以及感到對工作開始怠惰時,這種情況的發生是與工作情境有相當大的關聯,而且運動休閒產業員工職場工作情境對工作倦怠的情形有顯著的影響,運動休閒產業經營管理者必須正視這些問題的產生,並且尋求解決之道,以消彌員工倦怠之情況。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the employee's work situation and work tiredness in the sports and recreational business. Convenience sampling was used among 250 employees from sports and recreational industry in the middle of Taiwan and collected data was analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis and ANOVA to examine the differences in different work situation and work tiredness. According to the results indicated in Pearson correlation analysis, ”work situation” had significant relationship with ”work tiredness” and ”career development”, among which ”work situation” had closer relationship with ”work tiredness”. Employees with different education background had significant differences in factor of ”career development”; employees with different monthly income had significant differences in factor of ”work tiredness”. Employees with high school or below graduated were more agreeable with ”career development” than employees with college graduated; employees' monthly salary less than 30,000 were more consent with ”work tiredness” than employees' monthly salary between 30,001 to 50,000. It is to say that if employees in sports and recreational industry are encountering work tiredness issues or start to feel tiredness about work, work situation is the most influential factor to let it happen. The management in sports and recreational industry has to pay more attention to this matter, looking for solutions to decrease employees' state of work tiredness.
