大學生休閒運動動機之研究

摘要

本研究主要目的是在瞭解大學生休閒運動動機現況及其對休閒運動參與的關係及影響力如何。受試樣本係以1027名大學生爲研究對象，以休閒運動動機量表爲研究工具，所得資料以次數分配、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、項目分析、因素分析等統計方法進行分析，獲得下列結果：
一、在休閒運動動機上，大學男生、有參加運動代表隊及運動社團、喜歡體育課、運動經驗愉快等的學生有較強的休閒運動動機。工學院的休閒運動動機高於管理學院，一年級學生高於三年級學生。
二、休閒運動動機較高者有較佳的休閒運動參與情形。

The main purpose of this research was to investigate the current exercise motivation of college students, and to examine the relationships between recreation exercise behavior and exercise motivation. Among the colleges in Taiwan, including 1027 students, have been chosen to participate in this study. All the research data is derived from the questionnaire of exercise motivation. The collected were analyzed by frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA, item analysis, factor analysis. The main findings of this study were as follows:
1. Students of male, collegiate athletes, exercise's club members, like physical education, delight experience of exercise showed significantly higher mean scores on the exercise motivation. Students of the college of engineer showed significantly higher mean scores on the exercise motivation than college of management students. Students of the freshman showed significantly higher mean scores on the exercise motivation than junior students.
2. Higher recreation exercise subjects showed significantly higher mean scores on the exercise behavior.
