體育系學生人格特質、學習動機與生涯動機關係之研究-以國立台灣體育學院在職生為例

A Study on the Relationship among Personality Traits, Learning Motivation and Career Motivation of the in Service Student's in the Department of Physical Education-An Example of the National Taiwan College of Physical Education

摘要


本研究主要在探討體育系在職生的人格特質、學習動機及生涯動機之關係,以瞭解因素期間的差異性與交互作用。以臺灣體育學院研究所及大學部在職班學生為對象,進行問卷調查,採「五因素人格特質」、「學習動機」及「生涯動機」三種問卷進行研究。根據實際調查所得資料,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因數變異數分析及Person's積差相關等統計方法進行資料處理。結果顯示:一、人口統計變項中婚姻、年齡與職業對於人格特質、學習動機和生涯動機上,皆有不同程度的差異;性別則在人格特質和生涯動機有呈現不同程度的差異。二、體育系在職生不同人格特質對學習動機有部分顯著的相關。三、體育系在職生不同人格特質對生涯動機皆有顯著的相關。

The main purpose of the relationship among personality traits, learning motivation and career motivation of the in-service student's in the department of physical education. The study included the analysis of difference and interaction. The objects of the questionnaires are in-service student's in National Taiwan College of Physical Education The research tools utilized in this study include ”Five-Factor Inventory”, ”Learning Motivations Questionnaire” and ”Career Motivations Questionnaire” for the research 240 valid questionnaires were collected and the descriptive statistics, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson's product-moment correlation was used by the researcher for data analysis. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The personality traits, learning motivation and career motivation on different background variables has different levels in variance comparison. 2. The in-service student's different personality traits have partially associated with learning motivation. 3. The in-service student's different personality traits is positively associated with career motivation.
