渡假旅館休閒場域使用頻率、服務品質與再使用意願之研究

Tourist Behavior, Demographic Characteristics, and Satisfaction tothe Recreation Center in a Resort Hotel-A Case Study

摘要


本研究目的在探討渡假旅館休閒場域使用頻率、服務品質與再使用意願之研究,以墾丁六福莊渡假飯店遊客為研究對象,採立意抽樣方式進行,共發出500份問卷,得到有效問卷455份,以描述性統計、因素分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、多元迴歸分析進行統計分析,研究結果發現:1.不同人口統計變項對使用頻率、服務品質與再使用意願有顯著差異。2.使用頻率、服務品質與再使用意願具有顯著相關。3.使用頻率、服務品質對再使用意願具有顯著預測力。本研究根據研究結果,提供給相關單位參考,亦對後續研究者提供後續研究方向。

This article aims to investigate tourist behavior, satisfaction to the recreation center facilities and services provided by the Leofoo Resort, located in Kenting, Taiwan. To achieve this, this article conducted the purposive sampling, a total of 500 questionnaires were issued, and 455 valid questionnaires were collected. After descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, the results indicate that: 1.Different demographic characteristics have significantly different level of responsiveness on frequency of use, service quality, and willingness to revisit. 2) Frequency of use, service quality, and willingness to revisit has a significant correlation each other. 3) Frequency of use, service quality has positive influence on willingness to revisit. Both have significant and high predicted value to willingness to revisit. Based on the findings of this study, the limitation and implication are discussed. Recommendation to future research is also presented.
