不同教學方式對網球正手擊球教學成效之研究:理解式教學與傳統式教學課程設計之比較

A Study of Effects of Different Teaching Methods on Tennis Courses of Forehand: A Comparison between Teaching Game for Understanding and Traditional Teaching

摘要


本研究目的在探討不同教學法對大專院校學生網球正手拍擊球的教學成效。實驗參與者為46名國立屏東科技大學二年級未受過網球訓練之學生,其中男生17位、女生29位,平均年齡19.7歲。以立意分派方式分為兩組,分別為傳統式教學組(23人)、理解式教學組(23人),施以5週的課程介入,每週1次,每次50分鐘,每次10次擊球,共計230球。本研究以不同組別及不同測驗時間為自變項,擊球得分為依變項,採二因子混合設計變異數分析進行考驗。研究結果發現,理解式教學組優於傳統式教學組,並有顯著交互作用存在;不同測驗時間(前、後測)顯示,後測成績皆優於前測。根據研究結果,針對大專院校學生介入不同教學法,皆有助於教學效果的提升,然而如果要在短期間內達到最佳的教學效果,則建議使用理解式教學法。本研究結果,可提供大專院校教師網球教學之參考。

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of tennis courses of forehand between the teaching game for understanding and traditional teaching with experimental participants of 46 sophomore college students registered in National Pingtung University of Science and Technology. Of the 46 students recruited, 17 were male and 29 were female, with a mean age of 19.7 years old. A purposive sampling method was adopted. Participants were then assigned to two groups, which were traditional teaching group (23 students) and teaching for understanding group (23 students). The experiment was conducted by a five-week intervention tennis course. The different groups and testing time (pre-test v.s. post-test) were treated as independent variable, and the hitting scores were regarded as dependent variable. A statistical method of two-way mixed design of variance analysis was used to analyze the data. Research findings showed that (a) those assigned in teaching game for understanding group scored significantly higher than those in traditional teaching group; there was a significant interaction between the teaching game for understanding and traditional teaching method; (b) A significant difference was found between pre-test and post-test. It was suggested that the teaching game for understanding method was an effective way to enhance the students' tennis skill levels in a short period of time. Based on the results, the practical implications were provided to the college teachers teaching tennis.
