居家服務員工作面貌之探討

摘要

隨著我國人口老化之趨勢加快，以及家庭結構普遍小型化等因素，使得家庭內失能老人及身心障礙者的照顧需求趨向外求。居家服務即為現今我國推行輔助居家照顧之重要措施。本研究採用深度訪談法，針對19位台中市現職居家服務員進行研究，經歸納統整訪談資料，發現居服員對居服工作特性確實有不同的認知，其工作價值亦有差異性，此亦影響居服員對居服工作之投入。藉由對居服員工作特性、工作價值、及工作投入之結合分析，歸納居家服務員的工作面貌有專業服務型、志願服務型、親屬關係型及一般勞務型四種類型。

With the accelerating tendency towards aging population in Taiwan, as well as widespread miniaturization of family structure and other factors, the home care demands for the elderly and the physical and mental disabilities tend to meet from outside the family. In this study, the research on 19 in-service home care workers in Taichung City was carried out by the depth interview approach. Through the summarized and integrated interview information, it is observed that home care works actually have different viewpoints not only on job characteristics, but also on their work values. Such divergence also affects their work investment in home care services. By the combined analysis of job characteristics, work values and work investment about home care workers, home care workers are classified into four types; expert, volunteer, relative and labor.
