利用改良式攪拌器製備檸檬醛微膠囊之研究

摘要


檸檬醛為揮發性物質,以它作為抑劑菌,為了提升其效果可以將其微膠囊化。常見的微膠囊化方式都有其缺點,例如:成本高、條件不易控制…等。本論文以改良式攪拌器製備檸檬醛微膠囊作為研究主題。在研究中探討了壁材濃度、乾燥方式、烘乾溫度、芯壁材比及轉速比對微膠囊產效率的影響,以及是否可形成微膠囊顆粒。由實驗結果得到以下的結論:1.20%的壁材濃度形成明顯的微膠囊顆粒,但產效率不太理想。2.烘箱乾燥為本實驗中最有效的乾燥方式。3.溫度愈高,產效率愈高,乾燥時間愈短。高於70℃產效率不再增加,70℃的乾燥溫度有最佳的產效率。4.芯壁材比1:4有最佳的產效率。5.轉速比600rpm有最佳的產效率。6.以改良式攪拌器製備檸檬醛微膠囊的最佳條件為,壁材濃度20%,乾燥方式以烘箱乾燥,乾燥溫度70℃,芯壁材比1:4,轉速比600rpm。以改良式攪拌器可以較低的成本製備出檸檬醛微膠囊,而且由實驗分析結果證明,以改良式攪拌器製備檸檬醛微膠囊是可行的。

Citral is a volatile substance, which limits its applicability. In order to extend its effect of antibacterial, we can microencapsulate it. However, common microencapsulation methods have their drawbacks, such as high cost and difficulty of control. This atudy explores the microencapsulation of Citral prepared by a modified stirrer. The research investigates wall material concentration, drying method, drying temperature, the proportion of core and wall material, and the proportion of speed to see their influence on the yield and efficiency of microcapsules, and whether the microcapsules particles can be formed. From the experimental results, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. Concentration of 20% wall material can form clear microcapsule particles. 2. Oven drying can be the best drying method. 3. The higher the temperature is, the more the yield and efficiency are, and the shorter the drying time is. When the temperature is higher than 70°C, the yield and efficiency would not increase; therefore, drying temperature at 70°C has the best yield and efficiency. 4. The proportion of 1:4 of core and wall material has the best yield and efficiency. 5. The speed of 600rpm has the best yield and efficiency. 6. The optimal conditions to make the microencapsulation of Citral by a modified stirrer are: the concentration of the wall material at 20%, oven drying method, drying temperature at 70°C, the proportion of 1:4 of core and wall material, and the speed of 600rpm. With a modified stirrer, Citral microcapsules can be prepared at a low cost, and the experimental results prove that the preparation of Citral microcapsules by a modified stirrer is feasible, and the effect of antibacterial is positive.
