白熾燈與LED燈泡節能差異性之研究

摘要


LED(Light Emitting Diodes)是目前最具潛力的節能光源,未來將全面性取代傳統白熾燈與其他光源,成為主流趨勢。LED照明雖節能省電,但在技術上需提升發光效率、解決散熱問題與成本上較傳統光源為高的劣勢。如何使LED燈泡取代傳統燈泡可行性與提升發光效率是很值得探討的重要課題。有鑑於此,本研究先分析相關文獻,以瞭解使用者對LED節能燈泡的認知概況。其次進行LED燈泡與傳統燈泡節能差異性的比較分析,以光通量而言,10W LED燈泡相當於40W白熾燈能量。其三著手設計一款LED燈泡,來提升目前LED燈泡發光效率低的現象。本設計模型經測試結果,其發光效率提升至56.4 Lm/W,消耗功率為7.45W。本研究為確保產品的實用性,經由委外測試驗證結果,並符合預期的目標,以作為LED燈泡開發流程中參考依據。

LED (Light Emitting Diodes) is currently the most potential energy-saving light source. In the future it will be so comprehensive as to replace traditional incandescent bulbs and other light sources to become the mainstream. Although LED lighting is energy saving, technically it neeeds to improve luminous efficiency and solve the heat problem for the LED light source is more costly than traditional one. It is an important and pressing problem how to make LED bulbs replace the current traditional bulbs used in our daily life. It is an essential topic that LED bulbs be substituted for traditional light bulbs to enhance the feasibility and efficiency. For this reason, this study first analyzes LED energy-saving products in terms of the consumers' perception and surveys the literature so as to understand the users' cognitive profile of energy-saving light bulbs. Then we compare the traditional light bulbs with energy saving LED bulbs and do an analysis. In terms of the luminous issue, 10W LED bulb is equivalent to 40W incandescent lamp. Besides this study designs a style of LED bulbs, It improves the phenomenon of current low efficiency. This model has been tested and the result is that the luminous efficiency is 56.4 Lm / W and power consumption is 7.45W. In order to ensure product feasibility, it is outsourced with testing verification results to live up to the desired objectives. It becomes worthy reference in the development process of LED light bulbs.
