以戊二醛交聯幾丁聚醣吸附酸性染料AO10之研究

Studies on the Absorption of Acidic Dyes AO10 on Chitosan Gel Crosslinked by Glutaric Dialdehyde

摘要


本實驗以0.25%戊二醛交聯幾丁聚醣圓珠做為酸性染料AO10的吸附劑。以UV-Visible 測定AO10吸收度對濃度做檢量線,以475nm為最大吸收峰,測得吸收係數為22×10^(-3)cm^(-1)mol^(-1)L 和相關係數R^2值為0.9999。本實驗透過動力學進行分析研究,我們控制變因有:pH值、溫度、濃度,去探討影響吸附速率的因素,找出較佳條件。研究結果發現pH值影響效果明顯,在pH=3~pH=9的範圍,pH值越低,飽和吸附量越大,當pH=3時約反應200分鐘後可達到90%吸收率,而溫度方面,增高溫度可增加吸附的速率,但實驗結果並不顯著,且會使得吸附量降低,因此在室溫下反應即可。由動力學分析後此反應較接近pseudo-second-order。

In this study, we used 0.25% glutaraldehyde to prepare chitosan ball for adsorbing acidic dye, AO10. In order to determine the concentration of acidic dye, we determined the maximum absorption wavelength at 475nm, and found that the absorption coefficient is 22×10^(-3)cm^(-1)mol^(-1)L and the relative coefficient R^2 is 0.9999. In this study, we studied with the kinetics of pH and temperature affecting the adsorption rate of the chitosan ball.We analyzed the results of adsorption kinetics and discussed the factors affecting the adsorption. Then we found the better condition for the adsorption of acidic dyes. The better condition for chitosan ball to adsorb the acidic dye is pH=3. In this pH, the reaction time of 200 minutes is enough to reach 90% adsorption. Although increase of the temperature can accelerate the rate of adsorption, it is not significant and will reduce the saturated adsorption capacity. Therefore, the better reaction temperature is the room temperature. By kinetic analysis, this reaction was approaching the pseudo-second-order.
