摘要

本研究主要是建立在921地震後所出現的眾多而獨特的居民臨時組合屋現象，這些組合屋約有5000個住屋單元、組合成約80個社區，並分布在超過25個不同的鄉鎮之行政地區，可見未來的居民安置及遷建等仍為一重要而待解的居住問題。整個臨時性系統性組合屋的研究，希望針對現今存在的組合屋居民使用的課題與時機，找出涉及一個更有效的臨時性組合屋產品以及適當的配套措施與更有效策略，並討論觸及如何產生一個更有效的社區的相關議題。研究的進行，首先進行可能涉及一個更好而有效的系統組合屋社區之「居民使用參與」與「開放式住宅」議題的文獻回顧與研究，其次針對南投縣、雲林縣等地之組合屋部分社區進行災民臨時組合屋的空間調查、居民滿意度與用後評估之調查研究。最後並實際模擬組合屋產品與空間設計改善的設計研究。

This research basically is base on the values of the special phenomenon of the temporary houses of earthquake-921 in Taiwan, which some how has become to develop a serious problem of housing settlement in the nowadays. Some literatures survey and observations of the temporary houses in different building types were made to find the after-usage problems. Finally, a new, better, and a simpler systematic housing product also made by a program of space design, and the transformation of housing industry also been suggested.
