從文化創意產業談台灣創意空間之現況與發展

摘要

文化創意產業為國內國家發展之重點計畫之一，對於文化之塑造、創意之發想在產業面上、經濟面上之提升有實質之助益，並為個人與社會創造價值；創意空間的型塑乃凝聚內部共識、建立社會形象並促成經濟外溢效益的湧現，旨在提升生活品質。創意空間、創意城市形象的建立亦能反過頭來帶動其他相關產業的繁榮，乃至整座城市的士氣與動力。因此本研究即從文化創意產業之角度談台灣創意空間之現況，並參考國際先進經驗－德國魯爾區IBA埃姆瑟公園之改造計畫，由案例思考台灣創意空間之發展，期許透過文化創意產業的策略推動，帶動城市相關產業群的發展，創造就業機會、更新城市設施等，以達創意空間，與型塑城市新形象。

In the ”Challenge 2008: National Development Plan” launched by Executive Yuan in 2002, the ”Cultural and Creative Industry Development Plan” was set as one of the priorities. Cultural & Creative Industries provide considerable industrial and economic benefits and create value for individuals and society. The prime purpose of building ”Creative Space” involve achieving internal consensus, building social image, inspiring economic spillover benefits and promoting living quality. The creation of Creative Space image can on the other hand bring prosperity to other related industries, and consequently inspire and energize the whole city. Therefore, the study aims to analyze the current situation in Taiwan from the perspective of cultural & creative industries. The vanguard study referred to in the study-IBA Emscher park in Germany-is meant to inspire the further development of creative space in Taiwan. We hope that through the promotion of Cultural & Creative Industry strategies, we can encourage the development of urban related industry groups' create job opportunities, and update urban facilities to achieve creative space and a new image of a city.
