實施協同教學之問題及其解決之道
Inquiry of the Problem and Solution on Team Teaching
摘要
在台灣，我們將面對教育改革的階段，當中值得我們思考的是，未來教學路程上，我們該如何使教學更完善；並且使用新的教學方式來達成七大領域、十大基本能力等新課程目標。當老師試著用不同的教學方法來將「健康和體育」結合成一個領域時，他們需要利用彼此合作的關係，相互溝通教學理念。研究者利用在小學試教的機會，試圖找出運用協同教學方式產生的問題，而且設法尋求解決的方法。在試教的過程中，研究者發現了三個主要問題。1、教學前溝通不足。2、對九年一貫課程「健康與體育」的認識不夠。3、未培養教學默契。並提出以研習課程、發表演說及提早試教等方式作為解決之道。

In Taiwan, we will face the change of the education now. How can we do when we start teaching in the future? And we have to use the new teaching method to attain new curriculum’s goal contains seven domains and ten basic abilities.When teachers try to get different teaching method to connect health and physical education, they will collaborate with each other. They have to bring about unobstructed interflow of teaching ideas.Researcher tried to find the problem and resolve it when practice teaching in a primary school. And try to find the shortcoming from the new Education system.
