世新大學學生參加體適能團隊運動班之效果分析

Efficiency Analysis on the Female Students of Shu-Shih University after Participating Physical Fitness Program

摘要


The purpose of this study was mainly to explore the influence on cardiovascular fitness、muscle strength、flexibility、power and body composition after participating physical fitness program for female student of shu-shih university, and to estimate the scores of each item located on which level in the norm of college and university students in Taiwan.Seventy six female subjects (age 20.18±1.07、height 155.88±5.46、weight 57.69±8.50) were encouraged to attend various classes designed perfectly in advance including aerobic dance、weight training、stretch activity、various ball games. These classes termed ten weeks, twice a week and one hour every time. After date treatment the result were listed .as followed:1.Cardiovascular fitness: physical efficiency index increased from 53.59 to 60.51, reaching significant level (p < .05), cardiovascular fitness was proved obvious improvement, but situated on regular level in comparison with the norm of college and university students in Taiwan.2.Muscle strength: 60 second sit up increased from 29.34 to 30.01 not reaching significant level, the scores were situated on regular level in the norm of college and university students in Taiwan.3.Flexibility: sit-and-reach increased from 24.66 to 25.72 not reaching significant level, the scores were situated on bad level in the norm of college and university students in Taiwan.4.Power: standing long jump increased from 142.26 to 149.84 cm reaching significant level (p < .05) , the scores were situated on bad level in comparison with the norm of college and university students in Taiwan.5.Body composition: body mass index decreased from 22.93 to 22.26 reaching significant level (p < .05) the scores were situated on overweight level in comparison with the norm of college and university students in Taiwan.In this study although all subjects had bad physical fitness condition, after participating physical fitness program, cardiovascular fitness、power、body composition had significant Improvement.
