本文皆在探討訓練指導少女、青少女排球運動時,理解其身心變化,並建立正確的訓練概念。總結文中內容,茲提出以下見解:一、欲造就修長型身體形態的排球運動員,則利用體能訓練來控制體脂肪增加,有其必要。二、增進球員肌力、速度、爆發力的處方,是肌力訓練。三、運動技術指導,應本著「基本技術視為體,應用技術視為用」的態度來編排指導進程。四、體能訓練和技術結合,方能事半功倍。
The purpose of this study was to find out how young and teenage girls’ body and their psychological change when played volleyball, so proper training methods can be employed. Four suggestions are as followed:1.The instructor should use conditioning exercise to control the increase of body fat for tall volleyball athletes.2.Strength training for improves athlete's strength, speed and explosive power.3.The instructor should design a course with a good fundamental skill in mind, so athletes will be confident in the competition.4.It works the best for the instructor to combine both conditioning training and skill training.
