休閒阻礙理論在運動阻礙研究之應用與大學生運動阻礙量表編製

The Application of Leisure Constrain Theory on Exercise Constrain and the Development of Exercise Constrain Scale for University Students

摘要


許多研究常以休閒阻礙理論架構,探討休閒性運動的阻礙議題,雖然一般人容易將運動歸類為休間,但運動還是有其特殊性,如完全以休閒阻礙的角度來解釋運動行為,可能有其不足的地方。因此本研究以休閒阻礙理論為基礎,並以大學生為對象,探討其運動阻礙的成因,編製「大學生運動阻礙量表」,並進行信度與效度考驗,期望能夠用來作為以後研究運動阻礙議題的參考工具。經研究結果顯示,「大學生運動阻礙量表」具有良好的建構效度及信度,而運動阻礙共有「人際間阻礙」、「身體感覺阻礙」、「知覺能力阻礙」、「時間與金錢阻礙」、「外在吸引阻礙」等五個因素向度。

Most researches considered exercise or sport as leisure behavior and used the leisure constrain theory to explained the exercise situation. Because people simply attributed exercise as leisure. But we still believe that the exercise have some special characteristics which is different from leisure. It will be insufficient to explain all the exercise behavior with leisure aspect. This study based on the leisure theory and developed the Exercise Constrain Scale for university students. Subjects were 172 university students (76 males and 96 females) completed the original Exercise Constrain Scale. Furthermore, the study examined the internal reliability and construct validity of the scale. Results of the analyses indicated that there have five factors for university students’ exercise constrain. That included the interpersonal, body feeling, perceived ability, time and money, and external attraction constrain.
