摘要

This study focuses on 112 of 2002 Asian Games male and female superior athletes who are involved in Handball, Soccer, Rugby, Softball, Volleyball, Tennis and Soft tennis. The coach leadership behaviors in the last training period are used as the tool of this investigation. The purpose of the study is to investigate the comparison of different coach leadership behaviors on genders, athletic properties, which are related to preference and perceptiveness. By statistics and analysis, the results were as follows:1.There are no significant differences of preference between different genders toward the coach leadership behaviors. Besides, it meets the standard about the perceptive coach leadership behaviors on democracy, autarchy and social support behaviors (p＜.05).2.The different properties of athletes whose preference on ”training and instruction”, ”autarchy” and ”feedback” meets the standard; there is significant difference about autarchy of the perceptive coach leadership behaviors.3. The feedback of the different gender athletes is a significant difference on their compete in the same contest.
