高爾夫球鞋功能測試分析

The Functional Test and Analysis for Golf Shoes

摘要


運動鞋的功能主要在增加運動表現及減低運動傷害。鞋子的避震及摩擦力能降低運動傷害,彈性係數則提高運動表現,足底壓力峰值則牽涉到鞋子的舒適度及運動傷害。本研究即針對高爾夫球鞋能否在各項運動生物力學之功能性的表現。以不同之高爾夫球鞋,針對其避震功能、不同材質舖面的地表的最大靜摩擦係數之測試、足底壓力及彈性係數做一比較分析。以提供高爾夫球愛好者的一個參考依據。由本實驗中靜態的材料避震測試及動態避震測試中可發現雖然動靜態測試略有差異,但排序趨勢卻相似。且由A款高爾夫球鞋搭配不同型式鞋墊也影響避震功能的表現。且各式高爾夫球鞋對於不同材質舖面之摩擦係數表現亦有不同的高低表現,這應和鞋底材質及鞋釘造形有很大關係,尤其要維持良好穩定的摩擦係數,鞋釘的排泥性就非常重要了。足底壓力也由於鞋墊形式不同而有明顯差異。所以如何能夠使這些功能表現有一最佳的組合,也是未來值得研究的重要課題。

The primary functions of sports shoes are to promote the athletic performance and decrease the occurrence of sports injuries. Cushioning and friction abilities can decrease the occurrence of sports injuries, energy return ability will enhance the performance, the plantar pressure can cause the comfortable and injuries. The purpose of this study is to compare the functions among the different golf shoes including their cushioning, plantar pressure distribution, energy return ability and friction ability with different surfaces. The results of cushioning ability in the material and subject tests were not totally agree, but had the same tendency. ”A” type golf shoes have different cushioning ability performance with different type of insoles. Friction abilities of each golf shoes with different surfaces have different friction coefficients which were caused by the material of outersole and form of spike. Especially, the dirt drain function of spikes is very important to keep a stable tracking ability. The plantar pressure have significant difference with the insole types. The future study should focus on the optimal design of a golf shoe with all these functions.
