台南縣、市退休高齡者休閒參與、休閒滿意度與生活滿意度之研究

摘要

本研究主要的目的在瞭解台南縣、市退休高齡者以不同個人變項在居住地、性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度之休閒參與、休閒滿意度與生活滿意度的差異性，並將研究結果提供建議，作為退休高齡者參與休閒的參考。本研究採問卷調查法進行研究，以「台南縣、市退休高齡者休閒參與、休閒滿意度與生活滿意度問卷」為研究工具，以台南縣、市14個行政區之退休高齡者為研究對象，有效問卷326份。根據實際調查所得資料，以平均數、標準差進行統計，並以t考驗（t-test）、F考驗（F-test）檢定休閒參與、休閒滿意度與生活滿意度之顯著性、差異性，以薛費法（Scheff's method）作事後比較。綜合調查結果，得下列結論：一、不同居住地、性別、年齡、教育程度之退休高齡者其休閒參與差異達顯著水準。二、不同居住地、性別、年齡之退休高齡者其休閒滿意度差異達顯著水準。三、不同居住地、性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度之退休高齡者其生活滿意度差異達顯著水準。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of differences of the leisure participation, leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction of the retired aged residents of the Tainan county and city in terms of resident location, gender, age, martial status and educational level. Leisure participation, leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction questionnaires were sent to retired aged residents of the 14 administrative regions of Tainan county and Tainan city. 326 completed copies were used for statistical analysis. Mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, Scheff's method of comparison were used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicated that: 1.There were significant differences in leisure participation in terms of different resident location, gender, age and educational level; 2.There were significant differences in leisure satisfaction in terms of different resident location, gender and age; 3.There were significant differences in leisure satisfaction in terms of different resident location, gender, age and marital status and educational level.
