女子排球選手跳躍發球動作之技術分析

Female Players Skills Making Analysis of Motion about Jump Serve on Volleyball

摘要


目的:探討排球跳躍發球分段動作技術間之相關分析;建立排球跳躍發球分段動作技術參數對球速之多元逐步迴歸公式。方法:以臺北市立體育學院5名女子排球隊選手為研究對象。以高速攝影機(Kodark)一部,以每秒60張之速度,連續拍攝每位選手跳躍發球達10次,選取成功之6次,以現場錄影及記錄之方式取得。結果:在起跳期下肢關節角度中,右髖關節角度與右膝關節角度達顯著相關(p<.01);擊球高度與跳躍高度、球速達顯著相關(p<.01);跳躍高度與球速達顯著相關(p<.01)。在關節角速度中,腕關節角速度與肩關節角速度達顯著相關(p<.01);肘關節角速度與擊球高度、跳躍高度達顯著相關(p<.01)。在關節角度、角速度中,腕關節與肘關節達顯著相關(p<.01);肘關節與肘關節角速度達顯著相關(p<.01);肩關節與肩關節角速度達顯著相關(p<.01);腕關節角速度與肩關節角速度達顯著相關(p<.01)。預測代表性項目為第8項:跳躍高度;第5項:腕關節;第2項:右膝關節。結論:由分析得知,跳躍發球之技術表現,與跳躍高度、擊球高度、關節角速度及球速具高度的相關。此一發現與現代排球競賽中追求高效率的發球相符合。

Purposes: To analysis the relaionships among the step of the jump serve and to establish the argument of the steps of jump serve to velocity in terms of multiple stepwise regression. Methods: Five female volleyball players were from Taipei Physical Education College as subjects. Using one high speed video camera (Kodak), it could take 60 pc sec second. Each subject would be adopted 6 successful jump serves from 10successive shooting of jump serves. Results: The angle of the right hip joints showed the singnificance with that of the right knee joints (p<.01); at the first jump. The height of hitting the volleyball revealed the significance with the height of jump and the velocity of the ball (p<.01); the jump height significantly correlates with the velocity of the volleyball (p<.01).the angle velocity of wrist joints related greatly with that shoulder joints(p<.01); the angle velocity of elbow joints correlated significantly with the hitting height and jumping height (p<.01). The joint angles and angle velocity of wrist joints correlate with those of the elbow joints drastically (p<.01); elbow joints correlated with the angle velocity of elbow joints singnificantly (p<.01); the shoulder joints and the angle velocity of shoulder joints impled heavy correlation (p<.01); the angle velocity of wrist joints and the angle velocity of shoulder joints also showed significant relations (p<.01). Predictiable representative items were the eighth item: jumping height; the fifth item: wrist joints; and the second item: right knee joints. Conclusion: According to the results of analysis, this study concluded that the technical performance of jump serve correlated considerably with the jump height, the velocity of hitting the volleyball, the angle velocity of joints, and the velocity of the volleyball. This conclusion corresponds perfectly with the ambition of high efficiency serves of modern volleyball tournament.
