2006年湯姆斯盃、優霸盃羽球男、女單打比賽時間結構之分析

An Analysis of Time Structure on Badminton Singles in the Thomas and Uber Cup 2006

摘要


新賽制每場比賽的時間將比過去縮短約四分之一,比賽的進攻性加強、節奏明顯加快、偶然性增大。在新制記分方式下,男、女羽球運動員不管是比賽時間與擊球次數都呈現相近的數據,展現男、女羽球運動員的運動強度越來越接近。新制計分方式在比賽時間上,是羽球運動的一大改革,讓羽球比賽的時間較容易掌握,對於傳媒在羽球運動的推廣有著相當大的助益,此計分方式在2008年奧運會羽球項目,應該會遵循此一方式進行比賽,國內羽球教練與運動員也應該適應此一制度的比賽強度與找出訓練方式。筆者提出以下幾點建議:(一)男、女羽球運動員在進行訓練時,應與實際比賽時間相結合,在進行羽球技戰術訓練時,儘量符合每球擊球拍數,來達到現代羽球運動在技戰術的變化要求。(二)新制在男單單場最長時間有90分鐘,一次最多平均擊球26.62次數/球,女單單場最長時間有114分鐘,一次最多平均擊球23.42次數/球,在技術訓練的強度,就必須達到以上要求。可以訓練20分鐘;休息1分鐘,再訓練20分鐘;休息2分鐘,再訓練20分鐘,以達到訓練即是模擬比賽的情境。(三)依本研究數據顯示,每場男、女羽球單打比賽約為33分鐘,將可提供國內在羽球競賽賽程時間規劃進行較準確的編排。

By using the new Rally Point Scoring System, the average duration per match is about one-fourth shorter than before. It causes the act of attacking in competition strengthens, the rhythm speeds up and fortuitousness increases. After changing to the new scoring system, the duration of a match and the average strokes per rally for both male and female are quite close. This indicates that the exercise intensity in men and women has become approximate. The new scoring system significantly shortens the duration of a game and is an evident innovation of badminton. Due to better control of game time, there has been more access to promote badminton via mass media. Since this new scoring system will be carried out in Olympic badminton 2008, it is crucial for both domestic coaches and players to adapt themselves to the different competition intensity and reinforce their training process. Based on the above, this study provides suggestions as follows: 1. For both male and female badminton players, their training time should simulate the actual competition duration. During the training of technical skills, strokes of a rally should conform to the number of statistics of the average strokes per rally. 2. Under the new scoring system, the longest match of men's singles was 90 minutes, whereas women's was 114 minutes. For men's singles, the average of the highest numbers of strokes per rally in each game is 26.62. Moreover, the number of women's singles is 23.42. Therefore, those badminton players' training of intensity must meet that requirement. The sequence of training can be: practice for 20 minutes then break for 1 minute, and again practice for 20 minutes then break for 2 minutes, and last practice for 20 minutes to simulate the situation of real competition. 3. According to this statistics, the average duration of men's singles and women's singles is 33 minutes. This can be reference when arranging game schedule as well as controlling time precisely in the domestic tournaments.
