無游泳池國民中學推動游泳教學之個案研究

A Case Study of Impelling the Swimming Teaching in the Junior High School without Swimming Pool

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解無游泳池國民中學推動游泳教學的現況及其排除阻礙的方式。以正在推動游泳教學的國民中學為研究對象,以訪談方式、SWOT分析、文件分析,進一步了解個案學校推動游泳教學的現況及排除阻礙的方式。結果發現個案國中在推動游泳教學時排除阻礙的方式有:一、教學場地:與鄰近的民間游泳池合作。二、課程編排:請教務處配合排課。三、師資缺乏:商請游泳池業者聘請合格教練支援。四、家長態度:持續的與家長溝通。五、收費問題:與業者協調合理的費用。最後並建議還未推動游泳教學的無游泳池學校三點:一、先由社團開始推動游泳教學。二、寒、暑假辦理游泳育樂營。三、鼓勵學生參與泳訓班學習游泳技能。

The purposes of this study were to understand not only the current situations of impelling swimming teaching, but the strategies to remove the hindrance in the junior high school without swimming pool. The object of this study is a junior high school which impelling the swimming teaching. Interview methods, the SWOT analysis and the document analysis were conducted to find out the strategies to remove the hindrance when the swimming teaching was impelled in the case school. There are five strategies in the outcomes; 1. Teaching location; cooperated with charged swimming pools to promote the swimming teaching 2. Curricula arrangement; Dean's office agreed to arrange the swimming teaching courses 3. Insufficient qualified Teachers; requested the owners of swimming pools to hire more swimming coaches and trainer 4. Guardian's supports; communicated and educated substantially with students' guardian to support the swimming teachings 5. Payment; negotiated with the owners of swimming pools to charge the reasonable user' fees. Finally, there are three suggestions to the junior high school without swimming pool which has not yet impelled the swimming teaching: 1. To initiate the swimming camp to promote the swimming teaching in advance 2.To hold the swimming camp during the winter vacations or the summer vacations. 3. To encourage the students attending the training classes and learning the swimming skills.
