社區居民體適能現況分析與健康管理之研究：以高雄市河堤社區為例

摘要

本研究目的在瞭解高雄市河堤社區居民體適能的現況與健康管理的研究，體適能現況分析分為身體的活動情況、慢性病史、身體組成、肌耐力測驗、柔軟度與心肺耐力的檢測；健康管理則依個人體適能狀況開立營養、運動處方。研究方法以自動參與健康管理的河堤社區居民，進行問卷調查及體適能檢測前、後測結果，以描述性統計、t考驗及弗里曼二因子等級變異數分析法統計分析其變化，研究結果期能做好衛教宣導並增進居民健康體適能，推動「健康生活化」，作為政府健康管理之參考。研究結果與討論發現：一、受測者大多為女性佔60.5%，年齡層部分範圍為20－78歲，平均數為±43.6歲。二、河堤社區居民在身體質量指數方面，漸進顯著性p值等於.486，有顯著差異。三、河堤社區居民在肌耐力方面，漸進顯著性p值等於.033，有顯著差異。四、河堤社區居民在柔軟度方面，漸進顯著性p值等於.055，有顯著差異。五、河堤社區居民在心肺耐力方面，漸進顯著性p值等於.673，未達.05的顯著水準。

The purpose of this study was to understand the physical condition and health management strategy of the residents of Riverside District of Kaohsiung City. The physical condition in this study was divided into time spend on physical activity, history of chronic disease, body composition, muscle endurance test, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance test six areas; while health management strategy was also divided into nutrition, sport description according to each individual subject's fitness condition. The methodology is based on both the stratified random with questionnaires and Friedman two-way analysis of valiantce by ranks. The research group was hoping that the results of this study can be used by the government to improve health condition of the total population of the citizens of Kaohsiung City. The discussed results of this study showed that: 1. 60% of the experimental subjects were female, age ranged between 20 to 78, with the mean of ±43.6. 2. 2. Body composition of the Riverside residents showed gradual improvement between pre- and posttest (Asymp. Sig), p value reached .486, at significant level. 3. The result of muscle endurance also showed significance with p value of .033. 4. The tests of flexibility showed the value of p=0.55, also significant. 5. The cardio-vascular tests of the Riverside residents showed p value was .673, did not reach significant level.
