本研究目的在於:一、瞭解目前高中職羽球代表隊選手課業壓力與學校適應之現況;二、比較不同背景變項之高中職羽球代表隊選手課業壓力與學校適應之差異情形;三、探討高中職羽球代表隊選手課業壓力對學校適應之預測情形。本研究以問卷調查法來收集所需資料,問卷包含:一、個人基本資料;二、學生課業壓力量表;三、學校適應量表。本研究以全國高中職羽球代表隊選手為研究對象,進行立意取樣法,共計發放380人,回收問卷319份,回收有效率83.9%。所得資料處理採敘述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元逐步迴歸。本研究結果顯示:一、高中職羽球代表隊選手之課業壓力得分與學校適應情形在中等程度。二、性別、訓練量、父母管教方式、教師管教方式、班級成績、是否住宿、參加校隊後成績與課業壓力達顯著差異。三、性別、教師管教方式、教練管教方式、班級成績與學校適應達顯著差異。四、課業壓力能有效預測學校適應。
The purposes of this study were to (a) identify the current status of academic pressure and school adaptation among Badminton athletes in Senior High and Vocational School; (b) compare the differences between academic pressure and school adaptation under some selected demographic variables; (c) examine the prediction among academic pressure and school adaptation The questionnaire utilized for data collection including (a) demographic sheet, (b) student academic pressure scale, and (c) school adaptation scale. The sample was 380 badminton athletes selected from senior high and vocational school. From the survey returned, 319 were coded. The valid rate was 83.9%. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regressions were adopted for data analysis. The results indicated that (a) the level of academic pressure and school adaptation among Badminton Athletes was medium; (b) gender, training quantity, parenting style, teachers' discipline, academic achievement, boarder, and academic achievement after join the school team made significant difference on academic pressure; (c) gender, teachers' discipline, coaches' discipline, and academic achievement also made significant difference on school adaptation; (d) academic pressure can predict school adaptation effectively.
