臺北市國中體育教師領導類型、學生班級氣氛與學生學習態度之關係

The Research of the Leadership Types, Class Atmosphere and Learning Attitude of the Taipei City School Teachers

摘要


本研究旨在探討瞭解臺北市國中體育教師領導類型,學生班級氣氛與學生學習態度的實際情形。本研究探討臺北市國中體育教師領導型態、學生班級氣氛與學生學習態度之間的關係及相互影響性。本研究採文獻探討及問卷調查進行探究,以臺北市公私立國民中學學生及老師為研究對象,採叢集抽樣方式取樣。主要研究工具有三︰一、教師領導類型問卷;二、學生班級氣氛問卷;三、學生學習態度問卷;問卷內容係依據文獻探討及相關研究。本研究共發出學生正式問卷1,200份,回收有效問卷1,189份,剔除資料填答不全者,合計有效樣本為1,000份,有效回收率為83%。教師正式問卷200份,回收有效問卷196份,剔除資料填答不全者,合計有效樣本為175份,有效回收率為87%。問卷資料以SPSS 10.0版統計套裝軟體程式進行描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析。經實證分析,本研究綜合發現如下:一、臺北市國中體育教師領導類型之現況,就整體領導類型而言,每題平均得分3.89,屬中上程度。二、臺北市國中體育學生班級氣氛之現況,就整體班級氣氛而言,每題平均得分3.85,屬中等程度。三、臺北市國中體育學生學習態度之現況,就整體班級氣氛而言,每題平均得分3.73,屬中上程度。四、臺北市國中體育教師之教師領導類型愈高,則學生的班級氣氛也愈高,兩變項間呈現顯著的正向相關性及影響性。五、臺北市國中學生之班級氣氛愈高,則學生的學習態度也愈高,兩變項間呈現顯著的正向相關性及影響性。六、臺北市國中體育教師之教師領導類型愈高,則學生的學習態度也愈高,兩變項間呈現顯著的正向相關性及影響性。根據研究結論,本研究提出建議供行政機關、學校單位、國中體育教師進一步研究與參考。

The research focused on the exploration of the relationships of the leadership types of junior high schools' teachers, class atmosphere and student learning. The research was done by using literature review and questionnaire. The research subject was the sixth graders of the public junior high schools in Taipei City. It used the cluster sampling method and had three major research instruments: (a) Questionnaire of the leadership types of teachers (b) Questionnaire of the class atmosphere of the junior high schools (c) Questionnaire of the learning attitude at junior high schools. The contents of these questionnaires were based on literature review and related studies. The samples were 1200 students in Taipei. From the survey returned, 83% was coded. The samples were 200 teachers in Taipei. From the survey returned, 87% was coded. Seven hundred and sixty questionnaires were formally sent and seven hundred and fifty-one were valid. The questionnaire data used SPSS 10.0 software to do descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, scheffe post hoc. They were to verify the hypotheses and put the major findings into conclusion .the study finds that: (a) leadership types among junior high school student was good; (b) class atmosphere among junior high school student was good, too; (c) learning attitude among junior high school student was good, too; (d) the higher leadership types junior high school physical education teachers, the higher class atmosphere they show; these two variables show positive correlation and influence; (e) the higher class atmosphere had toward the learning attitude, the higher they expect to perform; these two variables show positive correlation and influence; (f) the higher leadership types had toward the learning attitude, the higher commitment they undertake; these two variables show positive correlation and influence.
