技職院校在職進修學生休閒參與阻礙之分析:以大華技術學院在職學生為例

A Study of the Institute of Technology Evening Students Leisure Constraints: An Example of Ta-Hwa Institute of Technology Evening Students

摘要


本研究主要在於探討在職進修學生休閒參與阻礙之現況與差異因素。以大華技術學院夜間在職進修學生1,044位為調查對象。所得資料以描述統計、項目分析、因素分析、t-test及單因子變異數分析等方法進行資料分析。經統計分析發現:休閒參與阻礙因素包括個人因素、人際因素、環境結構三個因素。在職進修學生休閒參與阻礙因素,依序為個人因素、環境結構、人際因素;而女性在職學生在個人因素、人際因素、環境結構因素顯著高於男性在職生;不同工作時間、工作身分、職業類別在職生,休閒參與阻礙因素沒有顯著差異;未婚在職生在人際阻礙因素顯著高於已婚在職生。本研究發現可作為學校、在職進修學生、休閒業者,及後續研究之參考。

The main objective of this research was to investigate the current conditions and differences of leisure constraints of Evening Students. The research objects were 1,044 Evening students of Ta-Hwa Institute of Technology (THIT). We used statistic analysis, item analysis, factor analysis, t-test, and ANOVA to analyze the acquired data. Based on the analysis result, we categorized leisure constraints as three different factors, including Intrapersonal Constraints, Interpersonal Constraints, and Structural Constraints. Leisure constraints of Evening students are Intrapersonal Constraints, Structural Constraints, and Interpersonal Constraints. The Intrapersonal Constraints, Interpersonal Constraints, and Structural Constraints of female Evening Students are much more remarkable than those of male Evening Students. Leisure constraints factors of Evening Students having different working time, different working identity, and different occupation don't have notable difference. The Interpersonal Constraints factor of the single Evening Students is notably higher than those of married evening students. There shows no notable differences in different categories of occupations. Hope that this analysis result can provide evening students and leisure operators of other schools as a reference to proceed with their research.
