摘要

本研究旨在探討新竹市立棒球場各重要關係人對於新竹市立棒球場營運績效指標之看法，以瞭解棒球場之營運目標及重點，並提供做為棒球場營運績效評估之參考。本研究透過「主管單位」、「組織成員」、「民眾」、「專家學者」等四個群體之觀點及看法，建構新竹市立棒球場營運績效指標量表，並以因素分析做為資料分析之方法，將33項營運績效指標，萃取出六個構面，依其解釋變異量排序，得出結果如下：一、整體運作情形及硬體設施。二、團隊工作士氣及財務狀況。三、民眾觀感及設施規模適當性。四、場地使用狀況。五、經營能力。六、活動辦理狀況。在此六個構面中，以「民眾觀感及設施規模適當性」最受使用者之重視，「團隊工作態度及財務狀況」則最不受重視。

This study was intended to explore every stake holder's viewpoints on Hsinchu City baseball field operates performance indicator that cleared baseball field' operating goal and focalization, and providing this evaluation standard to the administrator. This study through the viewpoint of person in charge unit, organized member, the community, expert and scholar, to build Hsinchu City baseball field operates performance indicator scale. Factor analysis was the research method of this study, the thirty-three elements of performance indication extracts six constructed factors. Depending on explain of capacity mutation, it can classify as below: 1. Entire operation and facilities. 2. The group's work morale and financial condition. 3. Community's impression and the suitable of facilities. 4. The condition of place used. 5. The operating ability. 6. The management condition of activity. In users' view, ”Community's impression and the suitable of facilities.” was the most important, and ”The group's work morale and financial condition” was at a discount.
