不同運動階段學生之生活品質:以臺北科技大學學生為例

The Students at Different Stages of Exercise and Health-Related Quality of Life: A Case Study of NTUT Students

摘要


本研究之目的在於瞭解台北科技大學學生處於不同運動階段之人口比例,以及比較不同運動階段學生的自覺體適能水準及生活品質之差異。以台北科技大學學生為受試對象,共計752人(男生531人、女生221人),平均年齡為19.58±1.53歲。研究結果如下:一、由基本描述統計顯示:研究對象有10.90%處於無意圖期、24.07%處於意圖期、27.39%處於準備期、15.29%處於行動期、22.34%處於維持期。二、不同運動階段學生自覺體適能水準及生活品質有顯著差異存在。處於維持期及行動期的學生,其自覺體適能水準及生活品質顯著高於其他三個階段的學生。

The purpose of this study was to explore the proportion of the population at different stages of exercise, and to compare the self-perceptions of fitness level and health-related quality of life of the students at different stages of exercise. The subjects of this study included 531 male and 221 female (average age=19.58±1.53) students who study in National Taipei University of Technology. The results of this study were described as the following: (1) In terms of the stage of exercise of subjects, 10.90% were in the stage of precontemplation; 24.07% were in the stage of contemplation; 27.39% were in the stage of preparation; 15.29% were in the stage of action and 22.34% were in the stage of maintenance. (2) There was a significant difference in self-perceptions of fitness level and health-related quality of life among the students with different stages of exercise. There are significantly higher self-perceptions of fitness level as well as higher health-related quality of life in the action and maintenance stages.
