兩種投籃訓練方法對投籃命中率之影響

The Effects of Two Different Free Throw Training Methods on Basketball Free Throw Rate

摘要


本研究目的為探討兩種不同學習理論對籃球比賽時投籃命中率之影響,動作學習理論提到多數教練與教師強調在技能學習中知覺因素的重要性,學習者必須準確和敏銳地辨別需要做出反應的線索;另一動作學習理論提出訓練動作與真實的運動動作愈相類似,正向遷移的可能性越高,所以選手實施技術訓練時,越接近比賽情境越能掌握比賽,以減少實際比賽投籃失誤。本研究透過實驗方式驗證,並採用籃球校隊團練方式訓練,課程內容為相同設計的課程與進度,控制組為理論一練習前練投籃,實驗組為理論二練習中練投籃,在不影響正常團練課程進度,A、B兩組學生均依照團體練習時間,接受同樣設計的課程內容與進度,進行22天實驗課程,實施團練課程前進行測驗所獲得的數據,經22天後再進行團體練習成效程度的測量。歸納分析結果得知:一、練習前練投籃對運動開始前後測驗結果達顯著效果,統計分析表示運動前練投籃有助於運動前後投籃命中率之提升。二、練習中練投籃對運動開始前後測驗結果達顯著效果,統計分析表示運動中練投籃有助於運動開始前後命中率之提升,研究結果顯示兩種籃球訓練方式對籃球投籃命中率皆有顯著效果,其建議為選手在實施籃球投籃訓練時,兩種訓練方式都使用以提升投籃命中率。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of two differences learning theories on basketball free throw rate. Motor learning skill theory pointed out the importance of sensory during motor skill learning which learner need to keen and accurate in order to distinguish what kind of clue that need to react for. Another motor learning theory mentioned that there is positive transference when the training movement is close to real game movement. Experiment method was used for this study. Subjects were recruited from high school basketball team, training content were the same for both control group and experiment group. Control group was based on theory one which is practicing free throw before training. Experiment group was based on theory two which is practicing free throw during training. Experiment length is twenty-two days. Pre and post measurements were given prior to and post to experiment, respectively. According to analyses results, two findings are known (1) practicing free throw before training, pre-post measurement showed significant. The result showed free throw training before basketball training improved free throw rate pre and during ball game. (2) Practicing free throw during training, pre-post measurement showed significant. The result showed free throw training during training improved free throw rate pre and during ball game. The result showed two differences training methods both have significant result on basketball free throw rate. It is suggested to use both training methods for improving free throw rate.
