2007年世界杯優秀女子柔道選手攻擊內容之分析

An Evaluation of the Scoring Techniques Used by Elite Female Judo Players at the 2007 World Cup

摘要


柔道自1964年東京奧運正式列入競賽項目以來,不斷廣泛發展,並受到國際重視。近年來我國也一直將女子柔道選手視為重點培訓項目之一,本篇以最近一次世界杯優秀女子柔道選手攻擊內容進行分析,希望能從技術面了解目前發展趨勢,以供教練及選手日後訓練之參考。研究目的:分析優秀柔道選手攻擊得分等級分佈情形、攻擊技術之差異、失分動作之差異及不同量級致勝之技別。研究對象:本實驗受試者以參加2007年世界杯優秀女子柔道選手。研究方法:利用現場攝影機拍攝及記錄表加以記錄,以Excel軟體整理並以描述性統計分析柔道選手攻擊得分等級、攻擊技術、失分動作之差異及不同量級致勝之技別。結果顯示:一、得分等級比例上「效果」最高佔了總場次35.6%。二、攻擊得分技術中以犯規108次佔得分總場次38.6%最高。三、失分動作總數為142次,以犯規68次(43.7%)為最多,其次為手技28次(19.7%)。四、輕、中、重量級其致勝最高均以犯規為最,其次輕、中量級均以手技29.8%及20.9%的致勝比例位居第二;重量級亦以寢技14.5%的致勝比例位居第二。結論:使用犯規戰術以成為世界柔道主流趨勢之ㄧ,如何充分運用犯規戰術,如場外、極端防守、假意攻擊、製造對手消極犯規、抓單襟等並將其加入訓練課程中,因此此一情況帶給訓練的衝擊將是教練重要之課題。

Ever since judo contests were included in the program of Tokyo's Olympics Games, judo as a competitive sport has been continuously developed and given attention worldwide. In recent years, female judo players has also been given priority in our country and has been provided with high-quality home training environments. This research paper evaluates the scoring techniques used by elite female judo players at the 2007 World Cup in order to describe tendencies in judo competition from a technical point of view, and to give an insight into the most effective ways of wining judo competition. Objective: what we analyze includes scores awarded to elite female judo players, complexity of their attacks, missed scores, and scoring techniques across three weight divisions. Material: our analysis is based on the videos and record sheets which document the performance of elite female judo players at the 2007 World Cup. Method: observational data is managed by using Microsoft Excel and then processed through descriptive statistics. Result: 1. The most frequently awarded score was koka (35.6% of all matches). 2. The most effective scoring technique was penalties, totaling 108 (38.6 % of all attacks). 3. There was a total of 142 missed scores, with 68 penalties (43.7%) and 28 resulting from te-waza (19.7%). 4. Among the techniques, penalties dominated across three weight divisions, followed by te-waza in both the lightweight and middleweight divisions (29.8% and 20.9 respectively) and te-waza in the heavyweight division (14.5%). Conclusion: unquestionably, penalties have been gaining popularity in judo competition worldwide, and it has become an important consideration to incorporate penalties, such as stepping off the mat, excessive defense, false attacks, inactivity in the danger zone, into training programs.
