優秀舉重選手黎鋒英在成功與失敗抓舉動作特性分析

The Kinematic Analysis in Snatch Movement Success and Failure Conditions of Feng-Ying, Li

摘要


本研究目的主要在探討黎鋒英在抓舉三期動作中,運動學方面的各項參數,本實驗針對選手成功及失敗動作之膝關節角、髖關節角、槓鈴離地速度、肩關節角,在抓舉成功及失敗動作上做交替分析。此實驗使用一部JVC Dvl9800u攝影機,距離舉重台右側7.3公尺處,並置入座標校正支架,完成擷取後以Ariel Performance Analysis System(APAS)動作分析軟體,進行資料分析處理。本研結果得知:黎鋒英選手在失敗動作發力期最大槓鈴垂直速度185.4 cm/sec,比成功動作最大槓鈴垂直速度185.7 cm/sec數值小;失敗動作最大槓鈴水平速度10.6 cm/sec,跟成功動作最大槓鈴水平速度6.7 cm/sec相較之下,顯示槓鈴速度太快造成槓鈴往前偏移。所以在發力時必須讓槓鈴做更快的加速,由失敗動作最大膝關節角157.4度,比成功動作最大膝關節角149.4度數值大,得知使用較多力量,同時也加大了槓鈴的橫向力量。研究發現黎鋒英提鈴時,上肢使用較多力量,用來控制槓鈴的偏移,造成槓鈴垂直上升的速度變慢,進入發力期後必須在髖關節及膝關節使用更多的力量,相對的發力後槓鈴較易產生偏移,增加了接槓的困難度。建議黎鋒英、修正提鈴前之膝關節角度,即是將臀位調高,縮短小腿與槓鈴的間距,減少提鈴時身體所浪費的局部力量。

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of snatch movement among Feng-Ying, Li in kinematics parameters. Lifters' knee joint angle were measured in snatch movement success and failure conditions. A 60Hz high speed video camera was used to record their movement. The video camera was located at the right side of the podium at 7.3 meters distance. After collecting the data, Ariel Performance Analysis System (APAS) software was used to analyze the data. From our results: the maximum dumbbell vertical velocity of false snatch was faster than success during thrust phase (185.4 vs. 185.7 cm/sec), according to horizontal velocity of false and successful snatch, it was too fast then the dumbbell moving forward. Therefore, during thrust phase, the vertical velocity must be faster then making the transverse force bigger to achieve successful snatch. Feng-Ying, Li used more force in arms to control the deviation of barbell in the phase of bringing up, which slow down the vertical velocity of barbell. We suggest that Feng-Ying, Li should modify the knee angle before bringing up phase-it means to raise the position of hips, and to shorten the distance between leg and the barbell, as well as to reduce the unnecessary force that was wasted away.
