摘要

進入21世紀，電子化環境已經成為人們的日常作息密不可分的環節，電子化作業也成為企業運作的必備工具。在追求提昇產業全球競爭力的目標下，如何協助產業尋找較合宜之電子作業導入方式，強化企業經營績效，是政府與業者所共同期盼。經濟部產業電子化學界研究推廣計畫，主要是希望將推動產業電子化之相關研究經由理論與實務之整合，發展具競爭力之產業電子化模式，作為相關產業及政府之參考。特別是在這方面的做法上，有許多方面值得我們做深入的探討與學習。在相關發展中，國內外產業均已開始注意WWW上之商務資料交換（EDI over WWW），其中尤以ebXML與RosettaNet為重點。在本研究之其中報告之後，RosettaNet已儼然成為政府與產業相關發展之主流，而ebXML或因其可能帶來跨產業之新協同商務資訊平台架構亦成為重多產業矚目之對象。為對此，我們亦以經濟性之眼光探討其應用發展。本研究以資訊產業跨國公司為主，以個案研究的方式對推動e-B具成效之廠商作深入觀察及探討之對象。

As electronic platforms embracing computers and networks become more and more important in our daily life, corresponding IT now turn out to be an essential part of business operations. Under this circumstance, most government agencies and industrial firms are seeking an appropriate way to introduce electronic business operations into industries to ameliorate their efficiency and competitiveness. The project entitled with ”Promotion and Distribution of the academic Researches into E-Business Practice”, which is funded by the Ministry of Economics of ROC government, aims at the integration of theoretical researches and the best practices of E-Business to derive E-Business models for increasing the competitiveness of Taiwanese firms. The results will also serve as RFCs for the government and industries.Recently, international and domestic industries have been noticing, among others, the development of EDI over WWW, particularly RosettaNet and ebXML. Directly after the project's middle -term report, RosettaNet becomes likely the mainstream of relevant development of EB in the computer industry, and ebXML is earning more and more attention because of its potential for leading to a cross-industrial Collaborative Business Platform. We have analyzed these techniques from an economic aspect. This paper will also shortly present a case study on an international computer manufacturer, viz. Compaq, as an example for the observation and analysis of the effects by promotion of EB in the practice.
