建構建築產業鏈雲端化系統平台所產生的價值與潛在商機

多年對整個建築體系的產業鏈的觀察，發覺此產業鏈的發展相當的成熟卻也相當的傳統在IT服務與系統的飛速進步下此產業鏈中各業者尚未見到有大舉E化的動作。在目前電子技術的突飛猛進以及售價的降低讓資訊設備更親民。應該是要讓產業鏈進行E化動作。但要如何加入系統的整合元素提升產業競爭力，又該如何把整個產業鏈末端（消費及管理維護單位）透過系統聯繫來提升產業價值便是研究目的。而由整個產建築物的生命週期來說從建設公司在土地的取得與設計，前期規劃，施工，交屋到建物營運期管理都有物業管理公司的介入。因此，研究應該從物業管理公司著手。將建物管理維護服務的數據，以及住戶專有領域服務的結果整合並且將該整合後得資料再次的回饋到產業鏈中把所有末端使用資料全部拋轉到雲端平台上面達成資料資源共享，有效的在第一時間內統計出有價資料並提供產業鏈中的各業者使用。透過研究發現，使用雲端系統平台，得以讓各個業者將對於該建物的資料全部都提供出來，並可以把末端消費者的反應也提供到產業鏈的平台上讓各業者對產品或者服務的結果可以有個很明確的掌握。一但把住戶的生活消費習慣甚至基本資料，建設公司的營建資料，管理公司的營運以及客戶服務數據，周邊廠商的維護資料。都統整到一個平台的時候，只要透過Data Mining技術就可以讓這些看似無用的資料以及紀錄產生出價值以及住戶習慣的統計與分析可協助管理公司預測提供服務的時間點讓服務品質更高。

I still don't see the much companies in the building industry chain, implementing IT systems or utilizing computerized system in anyway. But by utilizing could based IT system in all different companies in the building industry chain. We would come to a point where we building companies could receive information on customer requests and habits and even predict their purchase of building industry products with data mining technology. In a more plain way. Once all the information regarding building construction, operation, facility management, customer daily routine. Are save in the system. Through data mining technologies the system could provide construction and property asset manage companies to enhance their service and help predict customer requests and liking. Who could have a foresee in customer and liking or requests, they are the ones who are more likely to obtain businesses opportunity, and good image to the customers.
