低碳休閒與生活物業的概念發展與課程設計

A Study on the Assessment for Low Carbon Leisure Eco-tourism and Community

摘要


本研究擬以一個整合型計畫及『個案教學』的方式,建立低碳休閒與生活物業的教學課程,並以景文科技大學的學生為對象進行教學實驗,對所設計的課程加以評鑑,以得到一個可以廣泛推廣的節能減碳教學課程。本整合型計畫一共包含三個子計畫,其一為『節能物業的概念建構與教育推廣之研究』:其二為『低碳休閒的核心素養及課程設計與開展』:其三為『視覺傳達在節能減碳課程推廣之應用』。子計畫一針對生活物業的節能概念加以建構,並針對相關的節能減碳核心課程進行課程設計與評估;子計畫二則是以休閒中的低碳行為進行課程發展的設計;而為了使所設計的課程更加生動,子計畫三提供了有關視覺傳達的設計技術,使各個子計畫所設計出來的不同個案能很有效地給學生所接受。本研究期程為三年,最終成果的部份,將整合各子計畫之個案教學之案例,建置一個『節能減碳個案教學網路資料庫』提供給社會各界參考,以及休閒與生活物業相關的各個領域應用。

An artificial neural network (ANN) O&M cost prediction model is developed to assist condominium developers and architects in effectively assessing the impacts of their design decisions made in early design phase on condominiums' future operation and maintenance (O&M) costs. A regression cost prediction model is developed as a benchmark model for assessing and verifying the predictive accuracy and reliability of the ANN model. Six design attributes were identified as critical input factors to both models. Related data were collected from 65 condominium properties randomly selected. Data of 55 model subjects were used to develop the ANN and regression models, and data of the remaining 10 test subjects were used to compare and verify the performance of both models. The study revealed that the ANN model delivers more accurate and reliable cost prediction results, with lower average absolute error around 7% and maximum absolute error around 15%, as compared with the regression model.
