摘要

本書係由黃異教授將其國科會補助之專題研究計畫（漁業相關條約在我國國內法中適用的問題）擴張而成。此外，本書亦增列一章，敘述有關國際法在大陸地區法制中效力的問題。該章係由大陸中南財經政法大學國際法系系主任鄧烈教授撰寫。本書將分四部份，自學報第四卷第二期至第六卷第一期，共分四期連載刊登。

This article originates from the research entitled ”The Application of International Fisheries Treaties in Domestic Law”, which has been conducted with the funding of the National Science Council of Executive Yuan by Professor I Hwang. Chapter7, dealing with the problems of the application of International Law in the domestic law of mainland China, is written by Professor Deng Lie, Director of International Law Department, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. The article is divided into four parts and published accordingly in four consecutive volumes, Vol. 4 No.2, Vol. 5 No.1, Vol. 5 No.2 and Vol.6 No.1, of the Taiwan Ocean Law Review.
