枇杷灰斑病之發生消長及防治試驗

Occurrence and Control of Loquat Gray Spot

摘要


枇杷灰斑病由Pestalotia erlobtryicola病原菌所引起,灰斑病菌為害幼芽、嫩葉、老葉、枝條、花蕊、果實等部位。經年田間調查灰斑病發生發現,本病一年皆會發生以每年的六月至十月中旬為發病盛期,十月以後隨著溫度降低而發病漸減。本病原菌適合發芽及生長的溫度為20~28℃,以24℃為最適合的溫度;可用達克寧可濕性粉劑及益發靈可濕性粉劑防治本病。

The loquat gray spot disease caused by Pestalotia eriobtryicola in Taiwan. The pathogens could isolated from diseased leaves, bud, stem, flower and fruit. The optimum temperature for pathogen germination and hyphal growth was found to be 20-28℃. The occurrence of gray spot in loquat was found to be most serious during the period of June to October in Taiwan. This disease could be controlled by spraying chlorothalonil and carbendazim-mepronil.
