本項研究工作與國立中興大學生物產業機電工程學系萬一怒教授合作,以萬教授所發展之稻米品質自動檢測分級系統為基礎,進行機械結構改良,將機構小型化,開發實驗室使用小型稻米外觀品質檢測設備,除了可以量測稻米外型特徵外,並加強原有之分析能力與解析度,使可進一步檢測分析白米透明度及米粒心白、腹白、背白等白堊質面積比等量化參數,提升其運用範圍。檢測機機械結構運作以可程式邏輯控制器(PLC)控制,影像分析軟體以微軟公司Visual Basic程式語言配合Matrox公司所提供之Matrox Imaging Library 影像開發工具進行開發,目前已完成半自動與全自動機型各一種,作業效率每分鐘分別為60~80顆與100~120顆,檢測機整體功能已經達預設目標。
This study is a cooperation with the Professor, Dept. of Bio-Industiral Mechatronics Engineering, National Chung Hsing University. By using the automatic quality inspection and grading system of brown rice as the foundation, which was developed by Professor Wan, to carry on the mechanical improvement of structure, miniaturize mechanics.Rice characteristic inspection using automatic machine vision system provides quick, objective, consistent and quantitative measurement. The operation of the mechanical structure of the inspection machine is controlled with PLC; the image analyzing software is developed by cooperating the Microsoft Visual Basic program and the Matrox Imaging Library image developing instrument that was offered by Matrox Company. Currently, this research has already finished a semi-automatic and a full-automatic kind of models, respectively. The efficiency is 60-80 pieces and 100-120 pieces of rice each minute, respectively. The whole function of the measuring machine has already reached the goal of prospect.
