有機農場有機質肥料施用量對水稻產量之影響

Effects of Amounts of Various Organic Fertilizers on Organic Rice Yield

摘要


本試驗一年至一年在長期水稻有機栽培田進行田間試驗(土壤有機質含量5%),探討不同有機質肥料施用量,對水稻產量之影響。結果顯示,一期作不施肥、每公頃施用2 ton菜籽粕、每公頃施用3 ton菜籽粕、每公頃施用4 ton菜籽粕、每公頃施用10 ton雞糞堆肥、每公頃施用20 ton雞糞堆肥之產量,分別為4,839、6,353、6,644、7,063、5,578及6,065 kg/ha。以每公頃施用4 ton菜籽粕所獲得產量最高。二期作之產量,六種肥料處理分別為4,181、4,954、5,281、5,058、4,339及4,429 kg/ha,以每公頃施用3 ton菜籽粕所獲得產量為最高;每公頃施用4 ton菜籽粕之水稻,因發生嚴重之倒伏及褐飛蝨危害,造成產量顯著降低。兩期作施用雞糞堆肥栽培之水稻,因穗數及一穗粒數較低,產量均顯著較施用菜籽粕者低。

Field experiments were carried out during the first and second crops of 2005 and 2006 to investigate the effects of amounts of various organic fertilizers on organic rice yield (organic content 5%). Six fertilizer treatments were conducted in this study. Experimental results revealed that the yields of rice with no fertilizer, rape seed meal 2 tons/ha, rape seed meal 3 tons/ha, rape seed meal 4 tons/ha, chicken compost 10 tons/ha and chicken compost 20 tons/ha were 4,839, 6,353, 6,644, 7,063, 5,578 and 6,065 kg/ha in the first crop, respectively. The treatment with rape meal 4 tons/ha had the highest grain yield as compared with the other fertilizer treatments in the first crop. On the second crop, the yields of rice in six treatments were 4,184, 4,954, 5,281 5,058, 4,339 and 4,429 kg/ha, respectively. The treatment with rape meal 3 tons/ha had the highest grain yield as compared with the other fertilizer treatment in the second crop. The rice of treatment with rape meal 4 tons/ha lodging and brown planthopper happened severely, the treatment with rape meal 4 tons/ha had the lower grain yield compared with the rape meal 3 tons/ha fertilizer treatment in the second crop. The treatment with chicken compost had the lower grain yield as compared with the rape meal fertilizer treatment in the first and second crop, while chicken compost fertilizer treatments had a lower panicle number and kernels per panicle.
