食農教育態度對種子教師培訓需求之影響-以中部地區為例

The Effect of Food and Agricultural Education Attitudes on Training needs of the Seed-leading Teachers - A Case Study in Central Taiwan

摘要


本研究從探討中部地區學校支援型食農教育教材規劃為出發點,分析食農教育態度對種子教師培訓需求之影響因素。以臺中市、彰化縣及南投縣國中小教師、行政人員與農會推廣人員作為研究對象,採問卷調查方式進行施測,有效問卷共計537份。結果發現:依本研究食農內涵五大面向,食農教育態度同意程度依序為飲食文化、健康飲食、安全生產、地產地消、農事教育。種子教師培訓需求程度依序為健康飲食、地產地消、安全生產、飲食文化、農事教育;食農教育態度能顯著正向預測種子教師培訓需求,尤其地產地消態度與農事教育態度,均為預測種子教師培訓需求之重要因素。

Based on the project 'Preparation of School-Supported Training Materials for Food and Agricultural Education' in central Taiwan. The study analyzed attitudes of respondents to Food and Agricultural Education and their training needs through questionnaires survey. The respondents include teachers and administrative staff of primary and secondary schools, extension agents of Farmers Association of Taichung city, Changhua County and Nantou county. A total of 537 effective questionnaires were collected. According to the 5 dimensions of the Food and Agricultural Educations in this study, the degree of consent on the attitude to Food and Agricultural Education by order series was Dietary Culture/ Behavior, Healthy Diet, Safe Production , Local Production for Local Consumption and Farming Education. The training needs of seed-leading teachers by order series was Healthy Diet, Local Production for Local Consumption , Safe Production, Dietary Culture/ Behavior and Farming Education. The attitudes of respondents to Food and Agricultural Education could predict the training needs of seed-leading teachers, the attitudes of Local Production for Local Consumption and Farming Education are important factors especially.
