艾納香萃取液對草莓炭疽病之影響

Effect of Blumea balsamifera extract on strawberry anthracnose

摘要


本研究主要以容易取用的民俗生物資材,並予以簡易加工後,對苗栗草莓盆栽噴施,進行炭疽病害防治之研究。以長期定時施用不同濃度艾納香萃取液來防治草莓炭疽病,網室草莓炭疽病於四月底開始危害,六月各處理組大部分過半罹病,7月份全數罹病。罹病過程中加入泡舒展著處理組具有較延後發病效用。以艾納香25X、50X、75X 、100X 、CK (水) 處理至11月初存活率各為25% 、18.75% 、12.5% 、12.5% 及0%。以不同濃度艾納香培養基(萃取液/PDA )接種草莓炭疽病原菌,第6天0 (對照組)及10/200播遷距離為8mm,而20/200 及40/200 者約為7.5mm。

The objective of this study is trying to use easily obtained folkways biomaterials to prevent strawberry diseases in Miaoli area, Taiwan. Different concentration of Blumea balsamifera extracts was applied to prevent strawberry anthracnose (black rot). Results showed that black rot begin to appear on April, contaminated 50% plants of most treatments on June, and contaminated all treatment plants on July this year. The survival rate of treatment Blumea balsamifera dilute extracts 25X, 50X, 75X, 100X, and CK(water only) were 25%, 18.75%, 12.5%, 12.5% and 0%, respectively. The migration of strawberry anthracnose in different Blumea balsamifera concentrationlPDA medium in high and low concentration were different significantly.
