護理人員健康促進行為之評估

The Assessment of Health Promotion Behavior in Nurses

摘要


背景:健康促進因素會因個人背景、工作環境不同而受到影響,深入評估護理人員健康促進之行為與自覺滿意度是重要議題。目的:研究目的在評估護理人員健康促進程度,含生活型態、飲食與營養、運動與休閒活動、心理衛生,並分析影響因素。方法:研究時間自民國101年3月1日起,至101年6月30日止。研究對象為護理人員190位。研究工具為健康促進量表,問卷採五分記分法,Cronbach α信度為0.92,效度採專家效度。資料處理以SPSS 18軟體,進行整理與分析。結果:研究結果顯示生活型態平均分數為4.29分、飲食與營養4.27分、運動與休閒活動4.18分、心理衛生4.19分、整體健康促進評估均分為4.23分。研究結果發現:二年內做預防性健康檢查、參加健康促進在職訓練時數、居住品質、疾病史與整體健康促進評估程度具顯著差異。迴歸分析顯示:二年內做預防性健康檢查、參加健康促進在職訓練時數、居住品質、疾病史等因子可解釋15.2%之總變異量。結論/實務應用:二年內做預防性健康檢查、參加健康促進在職訓練時數、居住品質、疾病史是護理人員健康促進行為之顯著預測因子,可作為臨床護理人員健康促進及提升生活品質之參考。

Backgrounds: Health promotion was affected by the factors of personal background and work in different environments. It is an important issue to assess the health promotion behavior in nurses and their perceived satisfaction.Purposes: The purposes of this study were to assess the self-health promoting behavior of nurses including life style, diet and nutrition, exercise and recreation, and mental health, then analyzed the related factors.Methods: Research was conducted between March 1st, 2012 and June 30th, 2012. A total of 190 nurses were included. The questionnaire was used 5-point likert scale. The Cronbach reliability was 0.92 and the validity was confirmed using Expert and content validity were used to confirm. Finally, data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0.Results: Results showed average scores as follows-lifestyle: 4.29; diet and nutrition: 4.27; exercise and recreational activity: 4.18; mental health: 4.19; total health promotion: 4.23. Factors including preventive health checks during the past two years, hours in health promotion in-service training, living quality, and history of disease, were all found to affect total health promotion scores. Linear regression showed that preventive health checks during the past two years, hours in health promotion in-service training, history of disease, and living quality explained 15.2% of total variance. The comparison between health promotion assessment score (HPAS) and health promotion satisfaction score (HPSS) had significant difference.Conclusions: The variables of preventive health checks during the past two years, hours in health promotion inservice training, history of disease, and living quality were significant predictors for health promotion. This study may not only help nurses understand health promotion factors, but also help to increase their quality of life.
