建築能源使用資訊智慧化推廣策略之研究

Promotion Strategies of Intelligent Energy-use Information in Buildings

摘要


背景:建築物導入數位電表、能源管理系統等智慧化設計,提供居住者能源資訊,讓居住者瞭解建築設備(包括照明、空調、家電等)耗電情形,進而影響居住者節約能源認知及改變行為。目的:本研究係為了解使用者對建築能源資訊之需求、偏好等認知之差異,並檢討建築能源資訊之智慧化推廣策略。方法:針對「智慧化居住空間展示中心」之參觀者,進行參觀後問卷調查,使用者偏好採五等級量尺:從非常沒用(-2)到非常有用(2);並探討建築能源資訊對使用者行為及推廣策略之影響。結果:參觀受訪者對建築能源資訊需求,以「用電量」佔超過85%最高,其次為「用水量」佔超過50%。資訊偏好則以「各期用電量之比較」最高(1. 3),評價分數超過1達有用程度。如果參觀者能獲得更多能源及成本資訊,將有正向回饋,會更努力促進節約能源,有利於建築節能之推廣。然而,超過70%參觀者所處建築物並未裝設資訊顯示器,顯示智慧化能源資訊之發展,尚未普及,未來亟需加強推廣。結論/實務應用:鼓勵建築物使用者加裝智慧電表、水表,並強化建築能源監控系統之智慧化設計,以提升智慧化資訊之應用。

Background: The building with smart meters and energy management system can provide occupants energy- use information so that residents understand the consumption of building equipments, including lighting, air conditioning, appliances, etc. Thereby the information will affect the energy saving awareness and behavior change for user. Purposes: The purpose of this study is to understand the difference of user information needs and preferences, and to review the promotional strategies of intelligent energy information design. Methods: The questionnaire survey was used to perform after visiting the "intelligent living space." We asked respondents to rank energy information for user, on a 5-point scale ranging from very useful (-2) to not at all useful (2). Then, the effect of energy information feedback on user behavior and the intelligent promotion strategies were reviewed. Results: The results showed that the "electric consumption," cited over 85%, was the highest information need, and over half of the "water consumption." Information Preference placed, "Comparison of different period of electricity use" highest preference (1.3), the evaluation score more than one was displayed as helpful level. If visitors have access further information of energy use and cost, the positive feedback of energy saving is higher. However, more than 70 percent of the visitors said that their buildings were not fitted energy information display. The results showed that the development was lack of energy-use visualization, and the intelligent design will need to be strengthened. Conclusions/Implications for Practice: In the future, this paper suggested that we should encourage the installation of smart meters and strengthen intelligent design of building energy monitoring.
